Somebody thought it would be fun to get into Mommy's makeup! Looks like she needs to figure out how to use mascara...

Swim Lessons

Kate and Evan started swim lessons this week through Raleigh Parks and Rec. They are the only ones signed up for this time slot, which is awesome because they get a LOT of attention! I'm hoping by this summer that they'll be able to jump in and swim to the side of the pool with no help. 

Farm Days

NC State puts on an annual event at a farm in S Raleigh. Climbing on tractors, milking "cows", petting farm animals, and eating fresh ice cream!

Easter Weekend

We went to my parents' house for Easter weekend. Here are the kids eating breakfast Easter morning.

Potty Training!

I decided to potty train Kate over spring break, so we started last Thursday. I bought an 8 pack of undies. Apparently not enough :) She had gone through 8 pairs before noon! The next day, she only had a couple of accidents and today, almost a week later, she's doing great! She even stayed dry overnight last night (we are still putting a diaper on her overnight). She asked to go to the potty right away this morning...so proud!

The neighborhood park doesn't have a potty, so I brought ours with us :) Evan usually walks, but today, he wanted to ride, so I told him he'd have to ride on the potty! It was his throne!
